    Senior Benefits Manager

     

    Our client, a leading manufacturer in Appleton, WI, is seeking a **Senior Benefits Manager** to join their team for 4 - 6 months. As a Senior Benefits Manager, you will be part of the HR department supporting employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have Strong Benefits and 401-K experience with exceptional understanding of the compliance intricacies.

     

    **Job Title:** Senior Benefits Manager

    **Location:** Appleton, WI

     

    Pay Range: $30.00 - $40.00 + / hour

     

    Shift: 1st shift

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations such as ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, FMLA, and COBRA.

    + Partner with vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders to deliver competitive benefits solutions.

    + Lead or support projects related to benefit system upgrades, new program implementations, and wellness initiatives.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    + 7-10+ years of experience in benefits management, including expertise in 401(k), compliance, and benefits administration.

    + Experience working with UKG (UltiPro) and BI systems preferred.

    + Strong knowledge of benefits regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.

    + Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
