Our client, _a leading organization in the insurance industry_ , is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Commercial Insurance Client Service Specialist** to join their team in **Chicago, IL** . As a vital member of the Customer Service department supporting the Client Service Unit, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to clients. **Job Title:** Commercial Insurance Client Service Specialist

**Location:** Bannockburn, IL (Mostly remote, Must be able to go onsite as needed)

**Pay Range:** $30.00/HR + Benefits

**Contract Duration:** 1-Year (potential to extend and/or hire on permanently)

Job Function:

+ Manage and perform daily service requirements for select insurance accounts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of outputs.

+ Respond to basic inquiries related to client services, invoices, renewals, and other insurance-related processes.

+ Support senior team members in processing renewals, issuing certificates, and managing client requests efficiently.

+ Maintain accurate records within the system of record to ensure compliance and quality of deliverables.

+ Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

+ 1-3 years of experience in commercial insurance or office administration, or recent college graduates with relevant coursework.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and data import/export functions.

+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

+ Willingness to obtain or maintain an insurance broker's license within six months of hire.
