    Job Title: Organizational Change Manager

     

    Duration: 6+ Months

     

    Pay Rate: $60 - $65/hr.

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced **Organizational Change Management (OCM) professional** to support a large-scale, enterprise-wide initiative. This role will leverage modern OCM best practices to deliver clear, effective, and user-centric change experiences that drive faster adoption, higher utilization, and sustained proficiency across diverse stakeholder groups.

     

    The ideal candidate is a strong change leader with proven experience influencing stakeholders at all levels, developing targeted change strategies, and delivering measurable outcomes in complex, hybrid work environments.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand impacts, risks, and readiness.

    + Conduct change readiness assessments; analyze results and present findings in a clear, logical, and actionable manner.

    + Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including:

    + Communication plans

    + Sponsor roadmaps

    + Coaching plans

    + Training plans

    + Resistance management plans

    + Implement the **Organizational Change Management (OCM) framework** to manage the people side of change during transformations and transitions.

    + Coordinate change activities with overall project timelines and multiple workstreams.

    + Present proposed solutions and change strategies to stakeholders for review, alignment, and feedback.

    + Measure adoption, engagement, and behavior change; pivot strategies as needed based on data and feedback.

    + Coordinate, conduct, and measure training deployment and competency development across impacted user groups.

    + Provide direct coaching and support to front-line managers and leaders to help guide their teams through change.

    + Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies as appropriate.

    + Communicate status updates, priorities, and blockers to key stakeholders and cross-functional partners. **Required Skills & Qualifications** **Change Management Expertise**

    + Proven experience leading and executing OCM strategies for enterprise initiatives.

    + Strong background in driving adoption, utilization, and proficiency through structured change approaches.

    + Experience developing and delivering training in a hybrid and diverse work environment.

    + Ability to define and use metrics to measure change effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.

    + Preferred certifications: **PROSCI, Change Guide, or LaMarsh** . **Stakeholder Engagement**

    + Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence at all levels, including executives, managers, and end users.

    + Skilled in tailoring change approaches and messaging based on audience and stakeholder personas.

    + Experience designing stakeholder journeys and user-centric change experiences. **Project & Risk Management**

    + Strong coordination skills to align change activities with project plans and timelines.

    + Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.

    + Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. **Nice to Have**

    + Experience working within large, matrixed enterprise organizations.

    + Familiarity with retail, consumer, or large operational environments.
