• Production Operator

    Our client, manufacturing industry is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team supporting production processes. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Production Operator

    **Location:** Oxford, NC

     

    Pay Range: $21.00

     

    **Shift:** Night Shift (8 and 12 hour schedules)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing production equipment

    + Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods

    + Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products

    + Maintain accurate daily production records

    + Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + At least 3 years of solid work experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment

    + High School diploma or GED preferred

    + Ability to lift over 75 lbs. occasionally

    + Willingness to work night shifts and flexible schedules

    + Physical effort to maneuver through departments including climbing stairs and standing for extended periods
