Our client, a manufacturing industry leader in the Sarasota Area, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the machine shop supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Machine Operator

**Location:** Sarasota, FL

**Pay Range:** $17.50

Shift: Mon- Thurs 5am-3:30pm

What's the Job?

+ Operate and monitor machinery in the machine shop to ensure efficient production.

+ Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to maintain safety and quality standards.

+ Follow safety protocols and use required safety equipment, including steel-toed footwear.

+ Maintain accurate records of production activities and report any issues promptly.

+ Assist in troubleshooting and resolving machine-related problems to minimize downtime.

What's Needed?

+ Machine Operating experience required; training will be provided.

+ Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures diligently.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

+ Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

+ Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening as required.
