Our client, a leader in biological sciences, is seeking a US - Biology Expert 1 to join their team. Production Scientist you will be part of the Laboratory Operations supporting scientific research and production activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Scientist

**Location:** Bellevue, WA

What's the Job?

+ Complete assigned work orders from planning within the standards created for each work order.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.

+ Participate in team meetings and collaborative activities to support project goals.

+ Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch records to meet quality and safety standards.

+ Operate lab and production equipment safely and competently, adhering to established procedures.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor's degree in biological or physical sciences, such as Microbiology or Molecular Biology.

+ 0-3 years of professional experience in a laboratory or production environment; experience with bacteria culture is a plus.

+ Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs accurately.

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
