    Entry-Level Assembler – 1st & 2nd Shift

    **Location:** Mann+Hummel | Louisa, VA

    **Department:** Production – Assembly

     

    Pay Rate:** **$15.00 – $16.00 per hour

     

    **Schedule:** Monday – Thursday (4-day workweek!)

    Shift Options

    + **1st Shift:** 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM _Reports to: Carin Mahaney_

    + **2nd Shift:** 3:45 PM – 2:15 AM _Reports to: Tony Banks_

    Job Summary

    Mann+Hummel is seeking **reliable, motivated, hands-on individuals** to join our production team as **Entry-Level Assemblers** . In this role, you will assemble air filters according to established specifications and quality standards.

     

    **No prior experience required** — we provide full training for the right candidates!

    Key Responsibilities

    + Assemble air filters following work instructions and production standards

    + Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy

    + Maintain a clean and safe work area

    + Follow all safety policies and procedures

    + Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent **preferred**

    + Prior warehouse or material handling experience is a plus

    + Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment _(training available)_

    + Basic math and reading skills

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

    + Ability to lift up to **50 lbs** and stand for extended periods

    **Pay Details:** $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
