**Job Title:** Drawing & Entering Operator

**Location:** Quakertown, PA

**Schedule:** 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday

**Pay:** $22/hour

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Drawing & Entering Operator to join our team in Quakertown. This role is responsible for accurately drawing and entering warp yarn into heddles and reeds on the designated looms, following specifications to ensure quality weaving.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Draw and enter warp yarn into heddles and reeds in the proper placement on harness frames or looms using weaver’s hook and reed hook.

+ Identify, report, and correct drawing/entering specifications or pattern issues to prevent weaving defects.

+ Perform cleaning operations on heddles, harnesses, and reeds using ultrasonic tanks.

+ Build harness shafts according to specifications and schedules set by Operations.

+ Complete all required documentation accurately.

+ Follow Work Instructions (WI), Visual Inspection Criteria, SOPs, and internal specifications.

+ Adhere to GMP/QSR requirements and QMS documentation.

+ Follow PPE policies, gowning procedures, and established safety protocols.

+ Perform other job-related responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ 0–1 year of related experience preferred.

+ Ability to read and comprehend Quality Manuals, SOPs, protocols, and other procedures.

+ Basic understanding of GMP and regulated industry environments.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

+ Effective communication skills with peers and management.

+ Basic computer skills; moderate experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

+ Ability to multitask and adjust to shifting priorities.

+ Comfortable performing basic arithmetic with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

**Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
