Shift Options & Pay

Choose the shift that works best for your lifestyle:

+ **1st Shift:** 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | **$** **19.00/hr**

+ **2nd Shift:** 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | **$** **22.00/hr**

What You’ll Do as an Assembler

In this role, you’ll play a key part in producing high-quality products that meet customer and company standards. Responsibilities include:

+ Assembling products using engineering documents and specifications

+ Ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time production

+ Operating computers to track schedules and job status

+ Performing Go/No-Go testing per procedures

+ Monitoring part quality throughout the assembly process

+ Assisting with training and supporting team members

+ Handling materials as needed

+ Reviewing and improving assembly methods for productivity and quality

+ Communicating effectively with engineering teams

+ Completing required paperwork, records, and documentation

+ Participating in team meetings and continuous improvement efforts

+ Following all safety rules and maintaining a clean work area

+ **High School Diploma or GED**

+ Ability to follow detailed instructions and solve basic production issues

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Team-oriented mindset with a focus on safety and efficiency

**Pay Details:** $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
