    The Coordinator of Online Education Programs and Student Retention (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1oe9l4JJ11E74hlb-D06GZbqJfnefyXyI/view?usp=sharing) serves as the primary point of contact for online graduate students within the School of Education and Human Development (SEHD) and performs academic administration functions to support the retention of all SEHD students. The Coordinator is responsible for on-boarding newly admitted students in SEHD’s accelerated online programs by facilitating orientations and assisting with course planning. The Coordinator also collaborates with SEHD faculty and staff to implement strategies that support student retention and successful degree completion.

     

    The School of Education and Human Development (https://usm.maine.edu/school-education-human-development/) at the University of Southern Maine is dedicated to preparing teachers, educational leaders, and mental and behavioral health professionals to promote learning and well-being across the lifespan. SEHD offers over 30 undergraduate and graduate preparation programs with a strong emphasis on experiential learning, community partnerships, and inclusive practices

     

    This a full-time position, located on the University of Southern Maine’s Gorham Campus, with a starting annual salary of $44,000.
