What You’ll Do:

+ Ensure timely collections, accurate payment records, and resolve outstanding balances through direct customer communication.

+ Review daily remittance advices, categorize deductions, and process high volumes of credit memos.

+ Oversee data flow between internal platforms and ERP system, including importing and reconciling accounts payable invoices.

+ Summarize expense reimbursements, calculate broker commissions monthly, and maintain supplier payment schedules.

+ Partner with operations and supply chain teams to analyze inventory accounting and cost of goods sold.

+ Prepare reconciliations and documentation for month-end close and year-end audits.

+ Contribute to accurate reporting through account analysis and ledger reviews.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a similar role with exposure to multiple accounting functions.

+ Proven ability to manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes efficiently.

+ Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close procedures.

+ Hands-on experience with ERP systems and billing platforms

+ Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and completeness of financial records.

+ Working knowledge of sales tax regulations and compliance requirements.

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across departments.
