Description We are looking for a skilled Microsoft 365 Adoption & Enablement Specialist to join our team in West Des Moines, Iowa. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in driving the successful adoption of Microsoft 365 features and updates across the organization. By bridging the gap between evolving technologies and business needs, you will help ensure new capabilities are implemented securely, compliantly, and with measurable value.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor the Microsoft 365 roadmap, message center updates, and release notes to stay informed about upcoming features.
• Collaborate with product owners to analyze new and updated Microsoft 365 functionalities and assess their potential impact.
• Evaluate business value, risks, compliance requirements, and technical readiness for new capabilities in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop strategies and plans to roll out approved Microsoft 365 features, ensuring seamless implementation across teams.
• Create user-friendly documentation, FAQs, and best practices to support adoption efforts.
• Collect feedback from users and stakeholders while tracking adoption metrics to measure success.
• Identify opportunities to enhance productivity by optimizing the use of Microsoft 365 tools.
• Simplify technical concepts to make them accessible for non-technical audiences.
• Utilize strong collaboration and presentation skills to effectively communicate changes and updates.
• Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new tools and technologies. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an enterprise Microsoft 365 environment.
• Solid understanding of core Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and OneDrive.
• Proven ability to analyze technical changes and assess their impact on business operations.
• Experience with change management and driving user adoption initiatives.
• Familiarity with regulated industries or financial services environments.
• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies and project management.
• Strong communication and documentation skills to support implementation efforts.
