    We are seeking a Recruiter in Dallas, TX specializing in financial services or technology roles. In this position, you will lead full-cycle recruiting activities, supporting our clients in sourcing, identifying, and onboarding top talent across specialized disciplines. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone passionate about matching skilled professionals with market-leading organizations in Dallas.

    Requirements

    + Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand their staffing needs.

    + Source candidates using traditional and innovative techniques, including direct outreach, online platforms, networking events, and referrals.

    + Conduct detailed interviews and evaluate candidates relative to client requirements in financial services and technology roles.

    + Coordinate scheduling and feedback between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout.

    + Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system and adhere to compliance standards.

    + Stay current with market trends in finance and tech hiring to advise clients on workforce planning and talent strategies.
