What You’ll Do:

+ Lead and Empower: Supervise IT technicians across Levels 1, 2, and 3, ensuring exceptional service and team success.

+ Maximize Tools: Manage product updates, selection, and training to unlock the full potential of ConnectWise and related platforms.

+ Drive Excellence: Monitor service ticket resolution for speed, accuracy, and client satisfaction.

+ Innovate and Secure: Oversee deployment and maintenance of IT products—switches, firewalls, access points, and security appliances.

+ Champion Compliance: Ensure all systems meet rigorous security and compliance standards.

+ Cloud & Backup Expertise: Implement robust backup solutions and cloud deployments, including Microsoft 365.

+ Technical Mastery: Provide deep expertise in networking, security, and IT support services.

+ Expand Capabilities: Coordinate installation and maintenance of surveillance systems, web design solutions, and audio-visual displays.

+ Optimize Connectivity: Manage carrier and internet services to keep businesses running smoothly.

+ Infrastructure Excellence: Supervise low-voltage cabling installations and maintain a rock-solid IT foundation.

Requirements

Proven Expertise: Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Active Directory environments with confidence.

Tech-Savvy Troubleshooter: Strong ability to diagnose and maintain computer hardware for peak performance.

Cloud Champion: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and modern cloud-based solutions to keep businesses agile and connected.

Network Pro: Skilled in configuring and maintaining switches, firewalls, and routers for secure, reliable operations.

Wireless Wizard: Familiarity with wireless access points and advanced network security protocols.

Helpdesk Hero: Solid background in IT helpdesk operations, delivering exceptional client support every time.

Business Solutions Expert: Deep understanding of IT products and solutions tailored for small, medium, and large enterprises.

Inspirational Leader: Outstanding leadership and communication skills to guide teams and drive projects to success.
