Description

A service-based organization in Fallbrook is seeking a highly organized and calm Dispatcher to coordinate field personnel, schedules, and service requests. This role is critical to daily operations and requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

+ Dispatch field staff efficiently based on schedules and service needs

+ Monitor job progress and adjust assignments as needed

+ Serve as the primary communication link between field teams and customers

+ Track service requests and maintain accurate dispatch logs

+ Respond to urgent issues and reassign resources as needed

+ Coordinate with management to ensure service level standards are met

+ Maintain professionalism during high-pressure situations

Requirements

+ 2+ years of dispatching or logistics coordination experience

+ Strong verbal communication and multitasking skills

+ Ability to remain calm and focused in time-sensitive situations

+ Proficiency in dispatch software and computer systems

+ Strong organizational and decision-making abilities

+ Reliable attendance and flexibility with scheduling
