Description We are looking for an experienced Inventory Clerk to join our team in Longmont, Colorado. In this long-term contract role, you will play a critical part in managing inventory processes, ensuring accurate tracking, and supporting daily operations in a manufacturing environment. This position offers a great opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and organization of our inventory systems.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.

• Perform regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits.

• Track and document inventory movements, including shipping and receiving activities.

• Process packing slips and purchase orders efficiently and accurately.

• Coordinate vendor-managed inventory to maintain stock levels.

• Prepare shipping documentation and oversee product shipments.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth inventory operations.

• Identify and address discrepancies in inventory records.

• Maintain organized and detailed records of all inventory transactions.

• Support assembly lines by ensuring timely supply of inventory items. Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related role.

• Proficiency in inventory tracking and asset management.

• Familiarity with cycle counts and annual physical inventory processes.

• Experience in shipping, receiving, and preparing shipping documentation.

• Ability to process purchase orders and packing slips accurately.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

• Knowledge of vendor-managed inventory systems is a plus.
