    Description

    Role Overview

     

    The Production Assistant provides hands-on support to the production crew by assisting with daily on-set operations. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, adaptable, and able to take initiative while contributing to an efficient and well-organized production environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Provide general support to the production team during shoots

    + Monitor, swap, and maintain charged batteries for production equipment

    + Operate boom microphones and assist with reflectors as directed

    + Transport production equipment and help with basic setup and breakdown

    + Take direction from the crew while also handling tasks independently when appropriate

    + Quickly pick up new responsibilities and adjust to evolving production demands

    Requirements

    Quick learner with a proactive mindset

     

    Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and follow-through

     

    Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and handling equipment

     

    Willingness and ability to work extended production days (up to 10 hours)

    Prior on-set or production experience is helpful but not required
