    Description

    We are searching for a meticulous and dependable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting the effective operation of our accounting department.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Process vendor invoices and expense reports in compliance with company policies and procedures

    + Verify, reconcile, and code invoices to appropriate accounts and cost centers

    + Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments

    + Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly

    + Maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation

    + Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities

    + Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation

    Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

    + 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience

    + Familiarity with accounting principles and accounts payable procedures

    + Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

    + Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
