Description We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Sales Assistant to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This Contract-to-permanent position offers the opportunity to work closely with the owner to support sales, marketing, and daily business operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to take on diverse responsibilities while delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on potential clients and initiate outreach through cold calls and follow-ups.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and business growth.

• Manage the owner's calendar, coordinate appointments, and oversee scheduling needs.

• Support sales efforts by managing leads, tracking pipelines, and preparing presentations.

• Handle customer interactions in the showroom, providing information about products and services and scheduling meetings.

• Coordinate project timelines and deliverables with suppliers and contractors for construction and custom builds.

• Assist in project management tasks related to design and construction projects.

• Develop and implement marketing initiatives to expand brand presence in new markets.

• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive experience.

• Adapt to changing priorities and tasks while maintaining a high level of productivity. Requirements

• Proven experience in sales support, administrative roles, or client-facing positions.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage professionally with clients.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Prior experience in project management, preferably within construction or design, is a plus.

• Knowledge of marketing strategies and social media tools is preferred.
