About the Role

The Bilingual Call Center Representative will support a high-volume inbound call center, assisting both English- and Spanish-speaking customers. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service, want to make a difference, and are looking to grow into a long-term role.

You will serve as a trusted point of contact, providing clear information, guidance, and support while ensuring every caller feels heard and valued.

Work Schedule & Location

+ Fully in-office for the first 6 months

+ Opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule after the contracted period based on performance and business needs

Key Responsibilities

+ Handle a high volume of inbound calls in both English and Spanish

+ Provide accurate, empathetic, and professional customer support

+ Assist callers with questions, concerns, and service-related needs

+ Clearly document all customer interactions in internal systems

+ Follow call center policies, procedures, and quality standards

+ Escalate complex issues as needed while maintaining a positive experience

+ Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment

Requirements

Qualifications

+ Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

+ Previous call center or customer service experience preferred

+ Strong verbal communication and active listening skills in both languages

+ Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining service quality

+ Comfortable working fully in-office during the initial contract period

+ Reliable, professional, and customer-focused

+ Passion for helping others and contributing to a meaningful mission
