Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our clients team temporarily! This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to support a variety of human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and providing exceptional support to employees and managers alike.
Responsibilities:
• Validate employee records, job codes, pay rates, benefits, and time-off balances to ensure data accuracy.
• Conduct system testing of HR and payroll processes, collaborating with teams to confirm functionality and resolve issues.
• Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making and identify trends or discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed documentation of findings and updates to ensure knowledge transfer and process continuity.
• Assist with daily HR activities, including onboarding, employee data updates, and job changes.
• Address employee inquiries promptly, ensuring a positive and consistent experience.
• Partner with managers and team members to foster collaboration and trust within the organization.
• Provide administrative support for HR functions while adhering to company policies and data security standard
Requirements
• Proven experience in human resources administration and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and benefit functions.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly UKG Pro and UKG Ready.
• Ability to validate and analyze data with attention to detail.
• Skilled in generating and interpreting reports to support HR operations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security protocols.
