    Description

    Our team is seeking a detail-oriented Hyperion Engineer to optimize and support enterprise-wide financial applications. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Hyperion financial planning and reporting solutions, ensuring business users have a seamless experience in forecasting, budgeting, and analytics processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Design, develop, and maintain Hyperion applications (Planning, Essbase, HFM, and related modules).

    + Collaborate with finance, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver robust financial reporting and planning solutions.

    + Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Hyperion environments for performance and reliability.

    + Manage integrations between Hyperion and other enterprise systems.

    + Create and support data load processes, calculation scripts, business rules, and user security settings.

    + Provide technical support, resolve user issues, and administer system enhancements.

    + Prepare documentation and train end-users on Hyperion functionality.

    + Monitor application health, perform upgrades, and implement patches as needed.

    + Ensure compliance with IT and data security policies.

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

    + Proven experience as a Hyperion Engineer/Developer/Administrator.

    + Strong understanding of Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM, and integration tools.

    + Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages, and data modeling concepts.

    + Familiarity with data integration techniques (ETL tools, APIs).

    + Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

    + Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with cloud-based Hyperion solutions (Oracle EPM Cloud).

    + Knowledge of finance processes and enterprise reporting.

    + Relevant certifications in Hyperion or Oracle EPM.
