Description We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team in San Bernardino, California. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to manage and optimize shipping and logistics operations while collaborating with vendors and internal teams. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

• Communicate regularly with vendors and internal departments to address issues and minimize delays.

• Develop and strengthen vendor relationships to maintain seamless logistics operations.

• Manage high volumes of correspondence with professionalism and attention to detail.

• Identify and resolve shipment discrepancies or challenges promptly.

• Maintain accurate and organized records using company systems and Microsoft Office tools.

• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to complete daily logistics tasks.

• Collaborate with teams to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout logistics operations. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related coordination role.

• Familiarity with ERP systems or cloud-based logistics software is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to handle diverse personalities and resolve complex challenges effectively.

• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
