Description
We are looking for an experienced Inventory Analyst to join our team in Skokie, Illinois. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless management of warehouse operations, inventory control, and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing processes, maintaining accurate stock levels, and fostering a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping activities, to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Lead and train warehouse staff, building a positive and safety-driven workplace culture.
• Collaborate with suppliers, transportation partners, and internal teams to facilitate timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards for the safe storage and handling of medical supplies.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols while maintaining warehouse equipment and infrastructure.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Generate comprehensive reports on inventory performance, order accuracy, and warehouse operations to support compliance and decision-making.

Requirements • Proven experience in inventory analysis and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with conducting annual physical inventory processes.
• Ability to manage and monitor asset inventory effectively.
• Proficiency in using interface engines or similar systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in managing stock levels.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and healthcare compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide and develop team members.
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
