    Description

    We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and administration. This role is ideal for organized professionals who thrive in fast-paced settings and are committed to helping teams succeed.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in coordinating project schedules, resources, and information

    • Support project managers and teams with administrative tasks and documentation

    • Track project progress and prepare regular updates for stakeholders

    • Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure effective communication among team members

    • Help maintain project management systems and ensure data accuracy

    • Contribute to the successful delivery of projects within established timelines

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role preferred

    • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (Monday.com)

    • Effective written and verbal communication abilities

    • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively
