We are looking for a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join our clients team in Jericho, New York. Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute full-cycle payroll processes for a workforce exceeding 400 employees.

• Ensure accuracy in payroll calculations, deductions, and adjustments in compliance with multi-state regulations.

• Address and resolve discrepancies or issues related to payroll in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll workflows and reporting.

• Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and documentation as required.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

• Generate detailed payroll reports and analytics to support organizational decision-making.

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters with professionalism and clarity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle payroll management, preferably for organizations with over 400 employees.

• Strong understanding of multi-state payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial calculations.

• Effective communication skills to address payroll-related concerns and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

• Familiarity with payroll tax filings and reporting processes.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new tools and systems as required.
