Senior Water/Wastewater Engineering Project Manager
Salary Range: $160,000 – $180,000

About the Role

You’ll lead complex wastewater and water infrastructure projects (approximately 75% wastewater), mentor project managers and junior engineers, and ensure technical quality across all deliverables. What You’ll Do
+ Leadership & Oversight:
+ Direct and mentor project managers and junior staff.
+ Provide technical oversight and stamp design drawings.
+ Occasionally engage in hands-on design and project bidding.
+ Project Management:
+ Manage large-scale wastewater and water infrastructure projects.
+ Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
+ Client Development:
+ Interface with public agencies and clients.
+ Develop new work and maintain existing relationships (book of business not required).
What We’re Looking For
+ Qualifications:
+ Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
+ Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited civil or mechanical engineering program.
+ Extensive experience in process engineering and project management.
+ Technical Expertise:
+ Strong background in wastewater infrastructure, sewer systems, and water/stormwater treatment design.
+ Ability to review and approve design packages; Civil 3D familiarity is a plus.
+ Attributes for Success:
+ Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
+ Ability to balance technical oversight with business development.
+ Comfortable with occasional site visits (mostly Southern California).
Nice-to-Have Skills
+ Experience with public agencies.
+ Broad technical background in water/wastewater/stormwater systems.
+ Familiarity with permitting and regulatory compliance.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $160000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
