Structural Engineer – Precast Team

Join our dynamic, full-service architectural and engineering firm as a Structural Engineer specializing in precast concrete systems. You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering innovative solutions for commercial and industrial projects—including educational facilities, parking structures, and stadiums.

What You’ll Do

+ Develop precast erection drawings based on architectural and construction documents.

+ Calculate design loads and perform detailed structural analysis.

+ Apply engineering principles and ensure compliance with all relevant codes and standards.

+ Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver high-quality designs.

What You Bring

+ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

+ Strong foundation in structural engineering and design principles.

+ Proficiency with structural analysis software (RAM experience preferred).

+ Skilled in CAD software; experience with Revit is a plus.

+ Knowledge of precast and concrete structures.

+ Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
