Position Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Loan Origination (CLO) Implementation Specialist – Business Systems Analyst with deep experience delivering commercial loan origination platforms like nCino across regional and large financial institutions.

This project will focus on end-to-end CLO implementation, from requirements and solution design through configuration, integration, testing, and production rollout. The ideal candidate brings strong analysis expertise in commercial credit workflows, underwriting, approvals, booking handoff, and integration with core loan servicing platforms such as SHAW, Sagent, LoanIQ, AFSVision, CLS . The candidate will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and system integrators, ensuring scalable, compliant, and efficient origination solutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Analyze and document end-to-end origination workflows, including credit intake, underwriting, approvals, covenant setup, collateral, pricing, and booking

. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, system configurations, and user stories

. Support origination-to-servicing handoff, ensuring seamless integration with SHAW, Sagent, LoanIQ, AFSVision, CLS, and downstream systems

. Conduct requirements workshops with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, Underwriters, Risk, Operations, and Compliance teams

. Develop use cases, process flows (AS-IS / TO-BE), gap analyses, and traceability matrices

. Define data requirements, including origination data models, source-to-target mappings, and downstream reporting feeds

. Partner with data and integration teams to create API, middleware, and batch integration related requirements

. Validate data mappings and transformation rules for booking, covenant, collateral, and customer data

. Ensure alignment with data governance, regulatory, and risk reporting requirements

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. 10–15+ years of experience in Commercial Lending technology

. Hands-on experience implementing Commercial Loan Origination systems (e.g., nCino or equivalent)

. Strong understanding of commercial credit lifecycle, underwriting, covenants, collateral, pricing, and booking

. Experience integrating CLO platforms with LoanIQ, AFSVision, FIS CLS, or similar servicing systems

. Proven ability to lead requirements, testing, and implementation efforts

. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 - $198,400.00.
