The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
+ Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
+ Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to project specifications.
+ Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
+ Prepare and track budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
+ Ensure profitability and manage change orders effectively.
+ Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and field staff.
+ Foster collaboration and resolve conflicts promptly.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
+ Provide regular updates on project status and milestones.
+ Enforce safety standards and company procedures.
+ Conduct inspections to ensure quality and compliance with codes.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
+ Proven experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects.
+ Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
+ Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.).
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in project management, construction, and construction management.
+ Familiarity with RFI and change order processes.
+ Experience in project coordination and commercial construction.
Work Environment
The work environment includes leading general contractor projects with a focus on planning, pre-construction, construction management, design-build, renovation, and new construction. Projects span across sectors such as education, healthcare, industrial, and biotechnology. Candidates will work in a dynamic setting across various locations, including Charlotte, Raleigh, and Winston-Salem, promoting a collaborative and safety-conscious culture.

This is a Permanent position based out of Raleigh, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
