    We are seeking two motivated individuals eager to grow in the field of automation with us. Initially, your role will focus on panel building, but through our program, you will develop skills in PLCs, robotics, and other automation technologies. We are committed to your growth and development beyond your starting point.

    Responsibilities

    + Train under a robotic programmer to enhance your skills.

    + Build and assemble control panels.

    + Connect motors, sensors, and valves to the main panel.

    + Test panels, conduct I/O checks, and perform light PLC programming (training provided).

    + Perform light mechanical assembly.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficient knowledge of PCs, Microsoft Office, and Windows operating environment.

    + Ability to read electrical schematics.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with FANUC Robot Programming is a plus.

    + Familiarity with PLCs and HMIs.

    + Wiring skills are advantageous.

    + Associate degree in Automation Systems Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Robotics, or similar fields.

    Work Environment

    Work takes place in an office/shop located in Franklin, WI, with up to 10% travel required. The role involves approximately 20% panel building, 20% assembly/wiring, 20% I/O check and troubleshooting, and 5% miscellaneous tasks.

    This is a Permanent position based out of New Berlin, WI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $48000.00 - $50000.00/yr.
