Job Title: Nursing Manager of Cardiovascular ICUJob Description

As the Nursing Manager of the Cardiovascular ICU, you will play a crucial role in promoting our organization's mission and values. Your leadership will be instrumental in advocating for quality patient care, exceptional customer service, and efficient healthcare delivery. As a vital member of the management team, you will participate in system planning, budgeting, manpower planning, and program development to ensure the delivery of effective and quality patient care.

Responsibilities

+ Promote the mission and values of the organization.

+ Advocate for quality patient care and excellent customer service.

+ Participate in system planning, budgeting, and manpower planning.

+ Develop and implement programs to enhance patient care.

+ Ensure the delivery of efficient, effective, and quality healthcare.

Essential Skills

+ Bachelor’s in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.

+ Current RN license or a license deemed acceptable by the State Board of Nursing.

+ BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer.

+ 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience in the area of specialty.

+ Certification in a clinical specialty.

This is a Permanent position based out of Tulsa, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.

Ardent benefits - active first day of the month after 30 days of employment
