    Job Title: MSAT Engineer

    Position Summary

    The person who holds this position serves as a subject matter expert, provides technical leadership in cell therapy manufacturing, and effectively delivers cell therapy services to clients in accordance with the defined scope of work and timelines. The role comprises activities for technology transfer and continuous improvement of our client’s novel manufacturing processes. Our goal is to support our clients in the manufacture of commercially viable cell therapy products for patients in need.

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities

    o Serve as an established technical point of contact

    o Serve as a subject matter expert for the client’s product during manufacturing operations

    o Lead phase-appropriate activities for the client

    o Lead the technology transfer of the process (MSAT Ops) and the methods (MSAT Analytics)

    o Lead the drafting, reviews, and approvals of team-specific documentation

    o Lead data trending and communicate trends cross-functionally

    o Oversee non-GMP and GMP runs

    o Create scopes of work for new client requests with alignment from the client

    o Demonstrate the ability to align with functions

    o Perform team building for effective internal information transfer

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in relevant life science or engineering discipline

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in delivering technical projects in cell therapy or related industry

    • Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and related environments

    • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects in a client service environment to specific timelines and budgets

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allendale, NJ.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr.
