Job Title: Automation & Controls EngineerJob Description

Provide automation and control engineering support, including on-site installation and start-up support, for control system upgrades for liquid and solid separation process equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

+ Provide support for automation and control engineering projects.

+ Conduct on-site installation and start-up for control system upgrades.

+ Design and implement custom control systems for dewatering and thickening process equipment.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation and control systems.

Essential Skills

+ At least six years of experience in industrial process automation and control equipment.

+ Proficiency in PLC systems, HMI units, rotating equipment drive systems, instrumentation, and control components.

+ Experience with motor controls, drives, electrical controls, sensors, PLCs, HMIs, and industrial communication.

+ Proficient in using Rockwell PLC and HMI programming software.

+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.

+ Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

+ Familiarity with industrial communication networks such as Modbus.

+ Experience with other PLC platforms is a plus.

+ Strong troubleshooting skills for automation and control systems.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
