What You’ll Work On
You’ll play a key role in the design, coordination, and development of a wide variety of civil site projects, including:
• Parks & recreation facilities
• Single-family residential developments
• Corporate campuses
• Mixed-use commercial sites
Your work will span the full project life cycle—from early design through construction—giving you valuable exposure and real project ownership.
What You’ll Do
• Perform engineering design and analysis using industry-standard software and methods
• Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, contractors, owners, and internal colleagues
• Support Construction Administration by reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs, and conducting site inspections
• Conduct field visits and meet with clients to gather information and understand project needs
• Collaborate closely with a tight-knit team that values communication, integrity, and quality work
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Biological & Agricultural Engineering, or related field
• EIT/EI certification required (PE track preferred—with ability to obtain license within ~2 years)
• 2+ years of civil engineering design experience (site development or stormwater preferred)
• Experience preparing site plans, including grading, utilities, drainage, erosion control, and stormwater management
• Proficiency with Civil 3D, Carlson, or MicroStation; GIS/StormCAD experience is a plus
• Strong verbal/written communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
• Willingness to engage directly with clients and help maintain strong working relationships

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
