    Validation Specialist – Biologics (Relocation Offered!)

     

    Are you passionate about driving quality and innovation in biologics manufacturing? We’re looking for a Validation Specialist to join a dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring compliance and excellence across drug substance and drug product processes.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Lead validation programs for drug products, drug substances, and starting materials.

    + Support validation documentation to enable process characterization and development.

    + Implement validation policies and ensure adherence to GMP standards.

    + Conduct investigations, root cause analyses, and risk assessments to resolve quality issues and CAPAs.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor junior team members.

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Strong experience in validation, process development, and CAPA investigations.

    + Experience with drug substance, drug product, and biologics manufacturing.

    + Familiarity with GMP, audits, and CDMO environments.

    + Education:

    + BS with 5+ years of industry experience

    + MS with 3+ years

    + PhD with 2+ years

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Waltham, MA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr.

     

    They have health, dental, vision, and 401k. They also will get permissive time off, so there is no specific accrual process in 2026.

     

    Workplace Type

     

    This is a fully onsite position in Waltham,MA.
