    We are seeking an Automation Engineer who is passionate about designing, programming, and troubleshooting automation systems.     Responsibilities

    + Design, program, and troubleshoot PLCs, including Allen-Bradley, AutomationDirect, and some Omron/Siemens systems.

    + Develop and support HMI interfaces for custom-built machinery.

    + Create and review electrical panel designs using AutoCAD Electrical.

    + Collaborate with maintenance and technical teams to ensure safe and effective implementation.

    + Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

    + Support equipment installations and retrofits across multiple locations.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

    + Experience with PLCs and automation through internships or academic projects.

    + Strong troubleshooting and programming skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Eagerness to learn and grow in a hands-on environment.

    + Strong communication and collaboration skills.

    Work Environment

    The role is based in a 100-year-old building constructed from cement, which is currently undergoing modernization. The position requires on-site work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
