    Electrical Engineer – Control Panel Design & EPlan Conversion

     

    Schedule: Hybrid – 2 weeks on-site / 2 weeks remote per month

     

    Per Diem: $236/day for on-site work if traveling more than 50 miles

    About the Role

    We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead a critical project converting 60 control panel drawings from AutoCAD Electrical to EPlan. This role is ideal for a hands-on expert in panel design who thrives on precision and mentoring others. You’ll play a key part in ensuring a smooth transition to EPlan and supporting the production ramp-up of our control panels.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Convert existing control panel drawings from AutoCAD Electrical to EPlan.

    + Mentor and train team members on EPlan best practices and workflows.

    + Collaborate with production teams to ensure successful panel build and ramp-up.

    Essential Skills

    + Advanced proficiency in EPlan software.

    + Strong experience in electrical engineering and control panel design.

    + Expertise in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical.

    + Solid understanding of schematic design and engineering principles.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred, not required).

    + Proven experience in panel design - beyond simple redlining.

    Work Environment & Benefits

    + Hybrid schedule: 2 weeks on-site at Earth City R&D, 2 weeks remote.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Charles, MO.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
