+ Collaborate closely with sales, design, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

+ Manage lead-generation initiatives and nurture relationships with buyers, sellers, and partners.

+ Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes impacting real estate marketing.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on the real estate sector.

+ Demonstrable success in managing multi-channel campaigns and real estate brand building.

+ Proficient in marketing analytics, lead generation, and CRM tools.

+ Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills.

+ Ability to thrive in a contract, remote, or hybrid work environment.

+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred.
