    We are looking for a skilled Call Center Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Enon, Ohio. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing detailed information about products or services.     Responsibilities:

    • Respond to inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

    • Address customer inquiries by providing accurate information about products and services.

    • Resolve customer issues by identifying solutions and following through to ensure satisfaction.

    • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records for future reference.

    • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices.

    • Follow established guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.

    • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

    • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and escalate complex cases as needed.

    • Meet performance metrics and contribute to team goals consistently.

    Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or call center roles.

     

    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

    • Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism.

    • Capability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

    • High level of organization and attention to detail.
