Description
We are looking for a dedicated Contract Administrator to join our client's team in Ramsey, Minnesota. In this long-term contract position, you will oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance while collaborating with multiple departments. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail who thrives in a dynamic environment and is capable of driving process improvements.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete lifecycle of contracts, including creation, execution, and renewal, ensuring all documentation meets company standards.
• Utilize specialized tools such as Service Cloud to track and resolve contract-related inquiries efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Pricing, IT, and Customer Service, to streamline contract administration processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert for internal systems, providing insights and guidance on contract changes and implementation.
• Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to enhance contract management efficiency.
• Maintain updated tracking systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of contract statuses.
• Provide training and support to team members, assisting with onboarding and ensuring understanding of contract procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout contract administration.
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries in a timely and thorough manner, delivering excellent customer service.
• Participate in team meetings to share feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 0 to 1 year of relevant business experience in contract administration or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with process improvement and project management practices is beneficial.
• Experience with cloud technologies and contract management systems is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
