Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Assistant to support construction projects in San Jose, California. In this contract role, you will play a critical part in ensuring project schedules, documentation, and timelines are managed efficiently. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project timelines and schedules to ensure all deadlines are met.

• Support construction project teams by organizing and maintaining relevant documentation.

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of master schedules for ongoing projects.

• Perform scanning and digitization tasks to ensure proper record-keeping.

• Collaborate with project managers to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates.

• Maintain clear communication with team members and stakeholders.

• Identify potential risks or delays and propose actionable solutions.

• Ensure compliance with project guidelines and standards. Requirements • Proven experience in managing project timelines and schedules.

• Familiarity with construction project processes and requirements.

• Strong proficiency in master scheduling and organizational tools.

• Ability to perform scanning tasks and manage digital documentation.

• Solid understanding of project management principles and practices.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
