Description We are looking for a success-driven and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis. Based in Jamaica, New York, this position involves delivering exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and detail-oriented support to customers by answering inbound calls and addressing their concerns effectively.

• Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, ensuring prompt and accurate order entry.

• Maintain a positive and empathetic approach when assisting customers with their needs.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.

• Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved matters to ensure satisfaction.

• Respond to both inbound and outbound calls to assist with various customer requests.

• Uphold company standards for customer service and maintain a high level of excellence.

• Adapt to changing customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

• Contribute to team goals by sharing insights and best practices. Requirements • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.

• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with attention to detail.

• Ability to accurately enter and manage data related to customer orders.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve customer issues effectively.

• Familiarity with customer service tools and systems is preferred.
