Description

Robert Half is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant for a contract opportunity with one of our valued clients. In this role, you will contribute to essential financial operations and help drive process improvements within a collaborative finance team.

Responsibilities:

+ Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and account reconciliations.

+ Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures.

+ Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.

+ Review and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

+ Collaborate with internal teams to optimize accounting processes.

+ Maintain documentation and uphold internal control standards.

Requirements

Requirements:

+ Prior experience in accounting, with a focus on general ledger, reconciliations, or financial reporting.

+ Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities.

+ Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

+ Effective communication and teamwork skills.

+ Commitment to accuracy, integrity, and process improvement.
