Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Torrance, California. In this role, you will handle critical financial tasks, ensuring accurate reporting and effective communication with internal teams. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within the transportation industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including reconciling aging reports and resolving disputes related to invoices.

• Collaborate with branch offices to address discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of financial issues.

• Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable activities, adhering to company policies and procedures.

• Utilize accounting software systems to monitor and track cash flow and receivables.

• Troubleshoot invoice-related concerns and provide clear solutions to stakeholders.

• Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.

• Ensure compliance with financial standards and internal guidelines.

• Communicate effectively with team members and management to streamline accounts receivable functions.

• Assist in identifying areas for improvement within current processes to enhance efficiency.

• Support the preparation of financial documentation and audits as needed. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles.

• Proficiency in accounting software systems such as ERP, Epic Software, and CRM tools.

• Strong understanding of accounting functions and cash handling procedures.

• Ability to analyze and reconcile financial data accurately.

• Effective communication skills to address issues with internal stakeholders.

• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems and financial services.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives.
