Description

We are seeking a UX/UI Designer with a strong marketing mindset to create engaging, conversion-driven digital experiences. This role partners closely with marketing, growth, and development teams to design user-centered interfaces that support brand storytelling, campaign performance, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

+ Design intuitive, visually compelling user experiences for websites, landing pages, emails, and digital campaigns

+ Translate marketing goals, brand guidelines, and audience insights into effective UX/UI solutions

+ Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that drive engagement and conversions

+ Optimize user journeys across acquisition funnels, including lead generation, onboarding, and conversion paths

+ Collaborate with marketing strategists, copywriters, developers, and data teams to execute campaigns and site enhancements

+ Apply UX best practices, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles

+ Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and design iterations based on performance data and user behavior

+ Maintain and evolve design systems, UI components, and brand consistency across channels

Requirements

+ 3+ years of UX/UI design experience in a marketing, digital, or growth-focused environment

+ Strong portfolio demonstrating conversion-focused design, campaign work, and brand alignment

+ Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools

+ Experience designing for web, mobile, and marketing platforms (CMS, email, landing pages)

+ Understanding of SEO, CRO, analytics, and user behavior metrics
