Description We are looking for a skilled Marketing Automation Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in creating and managing advanced marketing automation strategies within a regulated financial services environment. This position requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Financial Services Cloud to drive personalized, compliant, and data-driven marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Establish architectural standards and best practices to ensure compliance and security in marketing processes.

• Oversee integrations between Marketing Cloud and Financial Services Cloud, ensuring seamless data connectivity.

• Develop personalization strategies based on client segmentation, lifecycle stages, and advisor relationships.

• Architect complex marketing journeys for onboarding, nurturing, and retention purposes.

• Manage consent frameworks, preference centers, and compliance-related aspects of marketing automation.

• Collaborate with regulatory teams to ensure adherence to financial services regulations.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams and marketing technologists.

• Review and approve solution designs and code from internal and external contributors.

• Partner with Salesforce administrators and architects to maintain cohesive platform integration. Requirements • At least 6 years of experience with Salesforce platforms, including 3 years focused on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Proven expertise in data extensions, AMPscript, and dynamic content frameworks.

• Hands-on experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Financial Services Cloud or Sales Cloud.

• Familiarity with regulated financial services environments such as banking, insurance, or wealth management.

• Comprehensive understanding of data structures including Person Accounts, Financial Accounts, and Relationships.

• Knowledge of financial compliance, consent management, and data governance requirements.

• Proficiency in marketing automation software and platforms, including Marketo and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Strong background in digital marketing and email campaign execution. Innovation starts with people.®
