Description We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Paralegal to join our team in Austin, Texas. This role focuses on personal injury litigation and requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex litigation cases independently while supporting two attorneys.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee personal injury cases throughout the litigation process, including pre-trial and trial stages.

• Draft and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery responses.

• Organize and manage discovery activities, ensuring all deadlines and court requirements are met.

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and medical providers.

• Obtain, review, and summarize medical records and billing information relevant to cases.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation for all assigned matters.

• Assist with trial preparation, including coordinating exhibits, witnesses, and other essential materials.

• Track case deadlines and ensure timely compliance with procedural requirements.

• Provide comprehensive litigation support to attorneys, ensuring smooth case management.

• Collaborate with attorneys to strategize and execute litigation plans effectively. Requirements • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal specializing in personal injury litigation.

• In-depth knowledge of Texas personal injury litigation procedures and practices.

• Proven ability to manage cases independently and prioritize tasks under pressure.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client and team interaction.

• Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

• Detail-oriented approach and resilience in handling high-pressure situations.

• Familiarity with case management software and litigation processes.
