    Description

    ROLE: Employment Attorney

     

    + FIRM: 25-attorney full-service firm, with reputable commercial litigation, employment, environmental, and municipal law practices

    + EXPERIENCE: At least 3 years of employment litigation experience

    + LOCATION: Downtown Portland, OR

    + SALARY RANGE: $140,000 to $170,000 base with bonuses based on billable hours (starting at 1500)

    + BENEFITS include: Medical/Dental Insurance, 401K + profit sharing, paid parking, flexible PTO, disability insurance, paid bar and CLE dues, etc.

    + RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Represent clients in state and federal courts, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, formulating litigation strategy, etc.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • At least 3 years of experience in employment law

    • JD from an accredited law school

    • Bar admission and good standing in Oregon, Washington state a plus
