Description

The Business Intelligence Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions that transform data into actionable insights. This role involves working with data warehouses, reporting tools, and dashboards to support decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data models.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

+ Build and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes for data integration.

+ Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across BI systems.

+ Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.

+ Maintain and enhance data warehouses and reporting environments.

+ Provide technical support and training to end-users on BI tools and solutions.

+ Stay updated on BI technologies and recommend improvements.

Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.

+ Proven experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role.

+ Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).

+ Experience with SQL and relational databases.

+ Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

+ Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.

+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
